Kerli (born February 7, 1987) is an Estonian singer-songwriter. This article represents her discography.
After winning a singing competition in 2002, she received an unsuccessful recording contract. In 2004, she was the runner-up in that year's Eurolaul, a televised competition that determines the song that will represent Estonia in the Eurovision Song Contest. She was later signed to Island Def Jam Records in 2006 by L.A. Reid where she worked with producer, songwriter, David Maurice on an autobiographical set of songs, which were released on a digital self-titled EP in 2007. More of these songs were released on her debut album, Love is Dead on July 8, 2008. Which later reached 126 on the Billboard 200,[1] number 2 on the Top Heatseekers list[2] and number 1 in Estonia.[3]
In 2010, two songs by Kerli will be featured on the album Almost Alice, music that is inspired by the score for the film Alice in Wonderland. The songs featured are "Tea Party" and "Strange" which is a collaboration with Tokio Hotel.[4] Kerli is currently working on her second album and is planning a world tour.
